Lots of exciting renovations in an Executive BHI Retreat that is unique in being able to boast both azure Atlantic views AND serene Bald Head's estuary scenes that include Old Baldy! Ideally located just across from East Beach, close to the Shoals Club, Cape Fear Commons, and the Conservancy, this Middle Island five-bedroom, 5.5 bath sanctuary provides the first-class lifestyle you are looking for in the perfect island vacation home! Start on the front of this haven's true wraparound covered porch and watch the waves while savoring salty breezes from your rocking chair. Meander to the side sun deck and grab a lounge to work on your tan. Or wander to the spacious back dining porch and enjoy happy hour while bird watching.
