On remote Bald Head Island, our villa is in the perfect location. In one direction it's a 2-minute stroll to the beach, and in the other direction, it is a 1-minute walk to Bald Head Island Club with access to golf, tennis, fitness center, croquet, pool, water park and slide tower, playground, volleyball, fine and casual dining. A temporary full membership including golf privileges is available with your rental for an additional fee. You can walk to the several Club restaurants, tennis, pool and water play, playground, fitness center, and even croquet! Our villa also offers the option of a Shoals Club membership with an additional fee. The Shoals Club provides direct beach access, 4 additional dining and fitness options, and pool access.

Life on the island offers the opportunity for exquisite sunrises and spectacular sunsets, all accessible from our villa. Combine the island’s natural beauty with multiple opportunities to enjoy the turtles, osprey, heron, egret, cranes, lizards, dolphins and ibis will have you in awe of the spectacular natural beauty of this magnificent place. In the evenings, from either the main or upper deck, the crystal clear, un-obscured Bald Head Island sky creates opportunities for moon and stargazing and general reflection of your day’s adventures.

Our villa boasts a variety of modern amenities, outfitted with all the necessary comforts of home and unparalleled access to the miles of pristine shoreline. After a long day in the sand and surf, splashing in or lounging by the pool, and touring the island in the two well-maintained golf carts or by bicycle, look forward to coming home to prepare dinner on the new gas grill or in the fully equipped and renovated kitchen. They Thought of Everything!

The Villa was lovely and very clean. Our communication with the homeowner was very easy. They thought of everything and the Villa was very well stocked for our stay! Our teenage son enjoyed having his own space with his own bathroom in the loft. It was great having access to both beach clubs and to the 2 golf carts!

Wonderful Villa, Perfect Location

This was our first trip to BHI, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Villa 24 was perfectly located–steps to beach access #13 and the BHI Club–and the well maintained golf carts, bikes, and beach gear were used daily by our family of four. Brook was an incredible owner to work with, and the kitchen had more than everything we needed. Villa 24 is very well maintained and adorable. My daughter especially enjoyed star gazing from the deck off of the lofted bedroom, and my son enjoyed having many beach access points close by for fishing. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect fit for our family of five. It was very clean and well appointed. We loved that it came with golf carts. Having two was perfect because not everyone always wanted to go the same direction. House is just across the street from the beach and no more than a 5-10 minute ride to anything. Bald Head Island Gem!

This property was perfect! It was within walking distance of two beach access points and the BHI Club. The villa was well stocked with everything that you could need in a home away from home. Plenty of bikes and beach accessories to accommodate my entire family. The interior of the villa was very warm and inviting, clearly a new renovation. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Kuddos to Brooke Tripp for taking care of all of our needs and making sure we had a wonderful time. We couldn’t have asked for a better property manager.

Great Villa in the perfect location

My wife and I and our great friends stayed at Villa 24 for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. It is updated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Brooke was very responsive when I had questions and got back to me right away. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the den has great seating and TV to lounge when you’re ready. A new washer and dryer are available. There are two nice golf carts and beach chairs to use, and the beach access is a very short walk or cart ride away. The BHI Club is also right next door and you can be there in a minute. We even got to see the gator sunning himself in the lagoon by the golf course. I would highly recommend Villa 24, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Bald Head Long Weekend

We had a great extended weekend stay at BHI over Memorial Day weekend! The house is in great shape with close proximity to the beach access as well as BHI Club. We took advantage of the guest membership and it was a great experience with our toddler (2) as they have a wonderful aquatics center. My husband also enjoyed golfing while we were there. The house is well equipped with everything you need! Having a pack n play was great and one less thing to pack on the ferry! The owner Brooke was extremely communicative and offered very quick replies. The only thing we were unable to locate is a beach umbrella but other than that the garage was well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. The house includes two golf carts which got us around the island- they are a little older but they got us from point A to point B and maintained their charge great. Overall this was a very enjoyable weekend away for our family!

Villa 24 - Great Home with Great Amenities.

This was our fourth trip to Bald Head Island and the first time we stayed in a Villa. The location is great and the home itself is well kept and very comfortable for the four of us. It would fit six no problem. Brooke was an easy owner to work with and was very conscientious about follow-up and checking in to make sure everything was going well. What really impressed me about the house were the amenities that came with it - two golf carts in great shape, a Weber gas grill that was new and had a full tank of gas, brand new washer dryer, tons of bikes that all worked and beach furnishings that covered all you would need. The interior was furnished very comfortably and also had a great DVD movie selection available. The kitchen came with appliances that were all in fantastic condition - coffee pot (with a single serve feature), toaster, blender and cooking utensils that made eating in a pleasure. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this as a rental property. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Bald Head Island Villa - Location is Perfect

We've stayed on Bald Head Island each of the last 10 years and this was the first year in which we rented one of the villas next to the Bald Head Island Club. The villas are uniform in architecture and square footage but vary greatly inside. This villa has been beautifully renovated with a gorgeous kitchen and modern bathrooms. The owners are meticulous, particularly when it comes to stocking supplies, recreational equipment, and beach necessities. They are highly organized and provide everything you could possibly need for beach time (chairs, towels, beach toys, games), crabbing and fishing, and cooking (Weber Spirit grill), watching TV and movies (cable, streaming, DVDs) and cleaning (brand new washer/dryer, Dyson vacuum, etc.). The two 4-5 person golf carts were reliable and got us everywhere we needed to go. The location of this house is impeccable - a few steps to the entrance of the Bald Head Island Club (weekly guest membership available for a fee), a 7-minute cart ride to the marina or maritime market, and a 15-minute cart ride to Cape Fear Station on the other end of the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa and can't say enough good things about the way it is equipped. Great communication with the owners, as well. A+++!

Updated Villa!

We really liked our stay at villa 24! The house was perfect for our family of 4! We had a lot of room to spread out and enough room for the kids to play! If you have kids, getting a guest membership to the BHI club is a must have. Our kids LOVED it! This villa is convenient to the club, which works great for nap time :). The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and the owner even texted us asking if everything was okay, which we really appreciated. It did have two golf carts, which was nice. They were on the older side, but was fine since it was just me my husband and our 2 kids. The villa had a lot of natural light which was so pretty, you could see the golf course from the kitchen. I personally get up early anyways so it wasn’t a problem. However, if you do have young kids you may not appreciate the light coming through the windows in the morning as they will be up really early. We really like that this villa was updated and didn’t have carpet - because who likes carpet at the beach! :)

This was our first time staying on the island as a family of 4. Our host was very responsive. The villa was beautiful and in the perfect location. We were close to the beach and BHIC. The villa was very clean and had everything you could need for your stay. I would highly recommend staying in villa 24. We got to see an alligator right below us in the lagoon!

Great property with all the right touches

A lovely property, well decorated, kitchen had all the right equipment and then some, lights in all the right places, very well appointed. Easy to text with owner who was quick with responses. Very comfortable and in a good location. A bit confusing to figure out how to switch from streaming TV to Spectrum cable, but eventually got it. Having 2 carts was a big plus.
