Lovely motel. Service was okay. When checking out. I was about 25 mins late to 10am check out. Guy was so grumpy and reminded it’s 10am sharp check out. This puts sour memory of motel stay. Ballarat is beautiful town.

This was an overnight stay. We had a lovely room which was quite large and comfortable. Fisher the owner was very helpful in providing suggestions of places to dine.

Friendly staff, spacious room that were clean and comfortable. Usually when checking into a room, the air con or heater (depending on climate) are already switched on for the guests comfort. Not only was the heater not switched on, the windows were all open. Ballarat is one of the coldest places in Victoria, so the room was freezing. Despite cranking the heater and turning all electric blankets on, we were all cold all night. Would recommend the place, but just ask them to switch the heather on!

Although we arrived late (almost 10 pm) the host had stayed up to welcome us and he did so very warmly. He gave us nearby breakfast options and we felt very welcome. The motel felt very safe, was quiet and very clean. Thoroughly recommend it.
