HR1 Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan, plage, jungle tropicale

Hermosa Retreat est une évasion exclusive nichée dans la jungle au-dessus de la célÚbre Playa Hermosa. Une vue absolument imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique, le coucher du soleil toute l'année et le légendaire conte de baleine. Tout cela avec une brise constante qui traverse la maison.

Cette maison neuve comprend 3 chambres généreuses et 2. 5 salles de bain. Le salon est parfaitement conçu pour les tropiques car il s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse extérieure avec canapé et balançoire pour se détendre et se perdre dans ce paradis parfait. Un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer. Pour les chaudes aprÚs-midi, nous avons une piscine à débordement pour vous rafraßchir. La maison est équipée d'équipements de qualité supérieure.
Hermosa Retreat est également trÚs bien situé. Il est situé à seulement 10 minutes au sud de Dominical et à 2 minutes au nord d'Uvita. Il est également à 30 min de l'aéroport de Quepos et à 40 min de la célÚbre plage de Manuel Antonio et du parc national. Ils sont beaucoup de belles plages, surf, riviÚre, cascade et restaurant à une courte distance en voiture. La plage la plus proche est Playa Hermosa - à seulement 4 minutes en voiture de la maison.

The views were absolutely amazing! Very clean and nicely furnished. Great communication with Jerome, the property manager ,and Cathleen, the concierge. Both were very helpful and responsive. The one drawback was the drive to the house. Although not far from Uvita and Playa Hermosa. The steepness of going up the mountain and then down to the driveway of the house limited are coming and going throughout the day.was, the end of the day

Costa Rica Charm with a Touch More to Love

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a VRBO in Costa Rica, and it was an experience close to idyllic. Nestled in a quiet, secluded area, the property not only offered breathtaking views of the Pacific and the Whale Tail but also provided us with completely unobstructed views of the stunning sunsets, which became a highlight of our stay. The covered deck outside was a personal oasis, where we spent countless hours relaxing and soaking up the ocean and beach views. The small infinity pool adjacent to the deck added to the luxury, offering a perfect spot for cooling off while still basking in the scenic beauty. Our check-in process was smooth and our host was exceptionally responsive, ensuring a comfortable start to our stay. The property's location struck a perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility, with gorgeous beaches like Playa Uvita and Playa Hermosa just a 10-15 minute drive away. Moreover, the roads leading up to the property were very nicely paved, making the journey pleasant and easy. It's important to note for future visitors that the final 50-75 meters to the house are extremely steep and consist of a dirt road. This section requires a 4-wheel drive, especially under challenging weather conditions. While the majority of the journey is on well-paved roads, this last stretch is crucial to navigate safely and comfortably. While the property had much to love, there were a few areas where it could shine even more. A microwave would be a handy addition

Great stay in Uvita

This was a mini vacation for my husband and I and our first time in Uvita. The villa was comfortable and has great views. Communication with the hosts was great and quick to respond via the platform. They also have a great conceirge person who can take care of all of your tour needs. We did a great hike on our own at the Nauyaca waterfalls, went to nearby beaches and restaurants. All bedrooms have Ac and are located on the second floor. The main floor does not have ac but has two big fans. Highlight was seeing toucans while having coffee in the morning.

Lovely stay!

Amazing views, very private, perfect location!

My family (wife & 3 teenage sons) stayed at this property during our multi-week road trip down the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, ending in Cabo Matapalo on the Osa Peninsula. We had a spectacular time in the beautiful and very safe home just minutes from the beaches of Uvita & Dominical. We saw so many animals right on the property. Countless toucans, parrots, troupes of monkeys, hummingbirds, amazing insects and one very friendly Tropical Kingbird came to visit the property daily. The fragrant Ylang-Ylang trees that surround the property provide a supremely beautiful smell every time the sea breeze blows. This place was truly magical for us with plenty of security features (if that's your thing), a small (but magnificent) pool, and very responsive management. We will be back!

Costa Rican Paradise

It is in the view that grabs you right away. The minute you walk into the house, you are greeted with an expansive view of this gorgeous hillside and the Pacific Ocean - stunning and mesmerizing. Our group of five adults were at the house eight nights, but only ate out for dinner once - we did not want to miss the incredible sunsets every evening that we could enjoy from the porch. Now on to the house... The house is so comfortable and so well equipped. The pool is terrific - for water aerobics as well as late afternoon gatherings; the grill is fantastic; the kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes and glasses, two coffee makers (we were afraid to try the expresso machine!), and all kinds of utensils, pots, and pans - the only thing we could not find was an ice cream scoop. Jerome and/or Gregoire - I was never quite sure with whom I was communicating - really make the experience easy and worry free - and he responds so quickly! For our group, he arranged airport transportation to and from San Jose, the delivery and pick up of a rental car, and put us in touch with a terrific tour operator. The location of the house is perfect for exploring the southern Pacific coast. We used the house as a base, and travelled to beaches, various rain forest and water- fall tours, zip lining, etc. It is also convenient to a grocery store and a bakery. The house is so private. We never heard other voices or vehicle traffic - just cicadas and monkeys! Please take me back soon!

Amazing Ocean View

HR1 is a lovely place that has a 360 ocean view, perfect to relax and enjoy your holidays. The pool is great for the warm afternoons if you need to stay at home and the generator and the Internet speed are a huge plus for people who work online all over the world for us, especially in Costa Rica where blackouts are common, Jerome was a very kind and helpful host, so we had an amazing stay there!

The pictures do not do this mountainside, breath-taking vacation home justice. With your 4x4 vehicle you will go down a steep hill to this ocean view home where you will wake up every morning to the sounds of many types of birds as well as a family of Howler Monkeys often visible. Views Galore!

My husband and I had a short three night stay at this beautiful house. As everyone has mentioned the views are absolutely incredible and so are the sunsets. Sitting in the pool looking out at the whales tail made it really hard to leave at the end of our stay. The covered decks are perfect for taking a break from the sun or enjoying outside even when it’s storming. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others.

Paradise with everything you could want

The listing and photos are exactly as reality . The outdoor shower and pool are a dream, beds and rooms with a/c make sleeping on even the hottest nights a breeze. The kitchen is extremely well stocked even with a high end cappuccino machine! Everything worked perfectly. The furniture was comfortable and the location could not be beat. It is a paved road all the way up except for the last little bit where you do need 4 by 4. If there was any way we could give this place a higher rating, simply put; We would! We cant wait to come back.

My wife and I had a great stay at your beautiful home from July 12th to 19th. The house had everything we needed—which made for a relaxing stay. The house is closer to the ocean than the photos suggest—you can hear the waves at night. Fantastic view! A very brief rundown of miscellaneous stuff: didn’t use the A/C at all (breeze and fans kept it cool), WiFi supported Netflix, saw two types of monkeys from the patio, all furniture is comfortable... Just a great place overall. We will likely want to stay at this house again on a future trip.

We just spent several days here and loved it. House is well equipped and comfortable in a perfect location among the jungle life. Awesome birds and monkeys in the yard yet a short drive to great beaches. Greg checked in on us the day after we arrived to ensure we were comfortable. House was very nice and modern. Had great views!! I can not give a five star rating because the A/C on the first floor was not working, nor the ceiling fan. I let the property manager know immediately and after a full seven days, neither was fixed. Also, the house says for six, but upstairs there are A/C units in only two of the three bedrooms. The house rules state the doors must be shut when in use. Therefore, the third bedroom is incredibly hot and uncomfortable. I traveled in march and the humidity and temperature was quite high, with little to no breeze at night. Understanding this, I would recommend to verify all is in working order prior to renting and to keep guest to four.
