We stayed in a standard cabin, service and place was awesome perfect spot with beach or creek right at your feet but the cabin wasnt the cleanest and could really do with a fresh paint job and a full clean

Rustic cabin in need of repair and maintenance

The cabin was well located a short walk from the beach and the lake but is in serious need of maintenance and upgrade. There was a portable aircon unit in the cabin ( as the main one wasn’t working) which kept the cabin cool but was very noisy and we had to secure the temporary fix with a peg as the panel was up against an open window. The vertical blinds wouldn’t close and there was a dodgy PowerPoint for the toaster that you couldn’t switch off and the iPhone charger wouldn’t work properly in that socket. Some bathroom and others fittings were rusted and in poor repair. Apart from that, other things were functional and the towels were white and fluffy but for the price ($215 pn) I have stayed in far better.

The staff were lovely and the beach across from the cabin was sensational. The cabin however was very average. There was sand in the bed and the air conditioning was not working so was replaced by a very noisy portable one. I don’t think it was worth the $200/night I paid.

We loved being near the lake and the sea. The only thing we didn't like was the weather - we struck wet and cold but don't hold Reflections responsbible for that!

We arrived at 2pm and were told that our unit wasn't ready. Then we were charged full price. I told the woman that we had paid a deposit with Hotels.com - couldn't find it. We finally got into our cabin at 2.50pm. When unpacking we found the receipt from Hotels.com which got us a refund. It had been a wet day and no doormat meant we had to change shous at the door. - not a good start.

Check-in time for cabins is 3pm which is stated on all booking confirmations etc, so we apologise that you were not able to check-in earlier.
