Spacious in design, this holiday property is perfectly positioned only a 200 metre stroll to the southern end of beautiful Seven Mile Beach and just around the corner from the main part of town where you will find cafes, shops and restaurants. It is in the perfect spot for a beachside getaway.

On the top floor there is the master bedroom with private balcony, air-conditioning and ensuite, two additional bedrooms with one shared bathroom and a second living/playroom.

The middle level has a beautiful open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with high pitched ceilings exuding light and space. The living space has a large, comfortable lounge suite suitable for seven people, with flat screen TV great for lounging around after a morning on the beach. The living space extends through to the second formal dining room and out to the front of the property through large glass sliding doors onto the main balcony with water views, outside sitting area and gas BBQ and also extends through to the rear of the property where you will find yet another covered entertaining patio and fenced yard. The fourth bedroom, third bathroom and laundry are also located on this floor.

On the ground level there is 1 lock up car space available with room for 2 more cars or a boat on the driveway.

Beautiful Lennox Head Accommodation.

The house is in a fantastic position, just a short walk to the beach, walking distance to Lennox shops , no need to use the car. Spacious home with almost everything you need.

Loved the location of the property, close to beach/boardwalk/town. House generally lovely, although drain smell in downstairs bathroom, and the cooker didn't work on arrival. Cooker was replaced. Communication was sketchy with agent, kept passing communication with tradies back to us! We were on holiday! Overall a nice stay.
