Terrible facility
Publié le 28 sept. 2021 sur HotelsSuch a disappointing experience. The facilities and room are dilapidated and falling apart. Serious maintenance is needed inside rooms, to kids play area and overall property.
The hygiene levels are not up to par
The self catering unit offers mix matched, crockery and cutlery whilst the kitchenette is dirty and cupboards chipped and rotting.
The staff are unprofessional and not helpful at all. We had to ask twice for toilet paper because no room service was offered.
The safe didn’t work. There was no iron in the room. No wifi as promised.
Just a very disappointing holiday stay.
Still waiting on an apology. Pitiful service.

I would like to personally apologize for the series of unfortunate incidences that you experienced during your stay with us, kindly note our reosrt is in the phase of refurbishments. We continually try to do our very best for all of our guests.
