Déjeuné inclus ...il faut le dire vite. Je sais maintenant que grab-to-go veut dire pas grand chose, juste assez pour se rendre au restaurant (gruau, barre tendre et café), pas de croissant, muffin, jus. pour le reste plustot ordinaire, on aurait pus trouver rmieux pour 20$ moins cher.

A éviter, loin de tout et très bas de gamme.

Je n'y retournerai jamais ! Pas de petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel et le 1er endroit pour en prendre un est à plus de 5 kms. La chambre n'a pas été faite. bref rien de bon dans cet hôtel.

COLUMBIA est une ville très étendue,cet hôtel est vraiment très bien a tous niveau,il est nécessaire de louer une voiture afin de profiter des environs WASHINGTON en particulier est une très belle ville,très verte.

DILAPIDATED, FILTHY, DECREPIT & DIRTY

This was not an experience, it was a nightmare. To begin the hotel had its entrance door locked. I had to wait between the outside and the door to enter the lobby for 15 minutes. Affixed-to-wall was a dirty, greasy landline phone that I had to call management to unlock the door; the manager came in pajamas and a head scarf (how unprofessional). It was either that or wait outside with people smoking everything imaginable. Once I entered the lobby the property smelled of every food from around the globe cooking from guests in their guest rooms. It was sickening. So, I entered the dilapidated elevator (there's only one) without lighting. I then proceeded to enter my guest room. Well, I had a few guests....roaches. I only got as far as the foyer and closed the door (with a tissue). After witnessing all that had within 22 mins., I promptly demanded a refund. The reviews were misleading the entire description of the hotel was untrue! And to boot, I have to pay for another hotel on short notice. IN TWO WORDS: DILAPIDATED & DECREPIT

The Front Desk staff (WHEN THEY WERE THERE) was friendly, Desk staf are NOT there 10pm to 10am. There was a Fire Alarm (false alarm thank God) about 11:45pm. THEN the couple in the room next to ours ( we were in Room 231) had a HUGE VERY LOUD fight about 2am for over an hour. We were frightened and very upxet. It was just the WORST - THE WORST - stay ever in more than 30 years of travelling. I will NEVER, NEVER stay in another Extended Stay anywhere - ANY WHERE.

Dog poop all around the property especially in the back. Rooms are not cleaned and replenished as they should be and the of dog urine hits you in the face in some units.
