Clean, very convenient to Baltimore convention center, staff friendly and accommodating..was surprised to find my room was ready when I got there at 8 am however I did not accept it as I was going to a trade show and was not interested in paying $50 to check in early… just left my bag at bell check and came back at 4

The room was clean, shower had good pressure, the staff was really friendly. There is a restaurant inside that serves good food. The hotel has a parking garage attached which made it very easy to get into the hotel. The hotel is very close to the ravens and Orioles stadiums 15 minute walk. There's a casino 10 minute car ride away. Overall very good hotel.

We stayed for 5 days. It was amazing. Our room was cleaned every day. We never had to ask for anything. Our room looked out over Camden Yards outfield. Since we were there for baseball it was a fantastic view! The staff were very friendly, the service was excellent. Check-in and check out were very easy. There was security staff on duty 24 hrs. Will only book this hotel when in Baltimore.
