They staff was nice. The stay was horrible, the whole weekend there were tons of kids staying there. They were running up and down the hallways at night for hours. The parents sat in the lobby drinking the whole time and didn’t care what the kids were doing. The kids were even very disrespectful to the staff that was working. And I guess the GM of the building didn’t care because the staff called him after they got several of complaints about the kids. and nothing was done about it.

Very nice area Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Easy access to highways . Room was clean and spacious.
Only thing I can say negative was our room had a very leaky window . It was raining all day and window area was dripping water on the ledge . Was not an issue really. I did let them know they had a pretty bad leak .

Beds are terrible but otherwise great.
Publié le 8 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was easy to book and thankfully had all their facilities up and working at the time. Unfortunately while the room accomodations weren't bad - the bed was very uncomfortable and far too firm. That being said - overall not a bad place.

I will always visit this hotel due to work, I wish all hiltons were this quiet and clean. All staff was alert and ready to help. Location, Location, Location.
