Excellent airport hotel - would recommend

Lovely simple hotel - wonderful big room, amazing friendly staff - 5+ stars for the staff!! As an airport hotel I think it’s wonderful - after a call to reception (not so easy for international traveller like me without telephone roaming) very quick and easy shuttle pick up. I can see why this gets the best airport hotel rating at BWI - would recommend

Rooms are nice and spacious with modern updates. The tub drain was super slow. I had to keep getting my room rekeyed. That was inconvenient going up and down the elevator. The front desk staff was very friendly. I’ll stay there again because it was very convenient to the beltway and restaurants.

Shuttle service was excellent. They picked us up from car rental return facility within 5 min of calling. Then took us yo airport next morning and helped with luggage. Staff was friendly. The food and service was excellent at restaurant.

The reasons I keep returning….

It was excellent. Onsite restaurant w/ great food. Fitness center, clean & neat. Comfortable bed in a very clean room. Close to BWI & have an airport shuttle.

Great service. Why breakfast is not included any!

I love holidays inn it comfort not expensive and the best is the breakfast. But I got surprised they made me pay for the bre. It was always included!!!??
