Bad bad stay, never will stay their

We had to change room 3 times. Odor in the room is uintolerable and everything was dirty in all 3 rooms. We felt like we are trapped. Hotel won’t give us refund because I booked with you and you couldn’t do anything to make our stay better. We were visiting for medical reasons, we had 6 doctors appointments and everything was exhausting. We couldn’t rest at all overnight.

생각 이상으로 오래된 호텔입니다. 소파배드를 신청했는데 고장나 있어서 고치러 오는데도 시간이 걸렀고 그것도 실패해서 간이 침대 가져다줬는데 허리부분의 스프링이 꺼져있는 침대여서 허리가 많이 아팠습니다. 샴푸도 떨어져서 가져다 달라고 했더니 안가져와서 3번 연락해서 받았습니다. 하얀색 반팔 티셔츠는 청소할때 수건과 함께 가져갔는지 결국 못찾았고 사과도 제대로 못받았습니다. 아침식사는 메뉴가 매번 똑같다는 점 참고하세요. 가격이 상대적으로 저렴한 것은 오래된 호텔이라고 생각하시면 될 것 같습니다.

The front of the house staff and bell (man, his name is slipping my mind) were super helpful and extremely nice. They said they would hold our things if our room wasn't ready, which it was. They even took our things up to our room and brought everything in for us. We also had a fantastic view of the port from our room.

Our room smelled awful. The hallways and our room smelled like wet dogs, and the room where the ice was kept smelled … worse. The door to our stuck and we got locked out, which wasn’t a huge deal, but inconvenient. The mattresses were the worst of any hotel I’ve ever slept in. The staff were helpful and friendly but disappointed overall with our stay.
