Staff was great! The rooftop bar/restaurant was closed for a private party which was unfortunate and inconvenient for me. Bathroom plumbing was questionable. The front desk made great effort to provide great service which I appreciated. Thank you to them!

The hotel is lovely and the staff were very nice - even just running into them in the elevator, not just at check in. The room was spacious with a great view. The neighborhood is excellent - we walked out to dinner and just to walk around the neighborhood. Lots going on. The only small quibble I have is that the doors are very heavy and you can hear other guests open and close them. The first time we heard it I thought someone was moving a vending machine in the hallway. It's quite loud. Luckily, no one near us was coming and going late at night or early in the morning. We also visited the speakeasy - very cool entrance.

The property is in a great area. The front desk staff is very polite and accommodating. The Topside restaurant is amazing. Will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful, big room, monument view, very comfortable and clean. Needed more than one towel and need basic sodas in the lobby. But I give it 9.5 out of 10.

I loved everything about my time at the hotel. Great food and drinks at bar upstairs, amazing service at th e bar. Rooms were extremely nice. The only issue I have with my time there was coming to realize that my car had been messed with by valet staff overnight. They popped open the hood of my car and lowered my rear view mirror which was most likely open overnight. They hit a bunch of buttons in my car to make it extremely uncomfortable for me leaving the hotel. The valet cost of 48$ on top of the room to come to that the next day was a big turn off. Other than the last 5-10 mins of my stay, I loved the rest of it.
