Convenient, clean, polite and my breakfast was good. Easy access to the convention center which is why I booked this hotel. Good restaurants in the area

Ofrecen wifi gratuito y no lo dan a la hora llegada de ahí tiene que uno bajar a primer piso a calentar comida no tienen como calentar comida en tu cuarto

shower head was detached from the wall. rooms weren’t as clean as they should’ve been

Hotel room was dated, Lights and furniture showing age and use. The bed had a serious dip in the center of the mattress. The HVAC unit was literally falling off the wall with a 2" gap at the top and stripped screws holding on what was left. It was so brutally loud that we ended up turning it off and being hot instead of having it wake us up every 30 minutes or so. Hotel also nickel and dimes you for everything. Parking was an additional $35/day, internet $12.95/day, etc. There are a ton of other options that are so much better than this Sheraton in the area that I can't imaging ever spending another night there.

I love that the hotel was a walk away from the harbor. I didn't like that the room had no microwave.
