Reserved and paid for a room with two queen beds. Nothing was mentioned during check in, so I arrived in my room to find one king bed instead— and when I called the front desk, was told that “someone should have called me” and “we are all sold out of queens” — Staff was unable to explain how my reserved and paid for room was not available for me at check in. Felt like a Seinfeld episode. Super disappointing.

Our stay was ok. We reserved a room with a king bed and we got an accessible disability two queen bed room. The bedroom was very clean but the condition and features are outdated.

I was very dissatisfied with my say here. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and the room was nice previously, but the room I was in this time had a foul odor, the dresser drawers were off the hinges, the refrigerator had no bars so when you opened it everything fell out. Just overall negative experience. I won’t be staying here again.

On the Sunday of our stay, they were having swim classes, and only 1/2 of the pool was available. The attendant there, not sure if she was from the swim school or hotel, was rude and downright lied because she didn't know how to be direct and professional

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Only real issue was the pillows - they were down/alternative and provided basically zero support. The bed was a bit firm for me, but husband loved it. Pool was a little warm (and cloudy) for me, but kid was so happy to have somewhere to swim. Overall, 4/5.

Great, affordable hotel option in the Columbia, MD area! Convenient location near great restaurants and shopping! Friendly staff and spacious rooms. My only small complaint is that the elevator is a little slower than I'm used to.😂
