Excellent Location, Decent Stay

Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.

Bad reception service

Wifi unstable. Location just across the mall. Breakfast spread is limited. Scramble egg was just cooked with water. No bell boy to help with luggage. My husband is semi disable walking on cane. Waited 1hr+ for cab to airport. Checked every 15 min and they said cab is around the corner caught in traffic. They even suggested us to go across and get a mall cab to the airport. Lastly I told them to hail a cab from the street in front, only cost us rph 30,000. Very inconsiderate reception staffs and no urgency to assist me and my husband until I request to see their GM but they pretend they don't understand my English and eventually got me the cab. We almost miss our flight with 1hr lost waiting for a ghost cab. A hotel that offer clean and good location lodging and nothing more.

Good hotel, great location BUT poor internet wifi.

I like the hotel very much, the location is the BIG plus as its located right opposite Ciwalk Mall which offers wide variety of nice restaurants. The one thing that might pull myself to not stay there again is the internet service, which is very important these days. They need to upgrade the internet wifi because its virtually none existence. Internet service up, i give the full remark. Lovely hotel.

Convenient and clean hotel

They have family rooms which can accomodate 4 persons. Everything else is basic but it is a good thing that they keep it clean. Shopping mall (ciwalk) just across the street so it is a plus, surrounded with shops where you can shop for clothing, bags, and snacks. Parking space is a bit tough but don't worry you can still park your car. So keep it up guys!

Nice hotel located right across Cihampalas Walk

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast! Chicken congee is the best I have tasted in Indonesia after living here for 5 months.
