Refund back my money.

Teribble...we can't check in and we got our time wasted. We cannot communicate properly to the owner. They said they will send their roomboys.. but we waited for more than 5 hours, but they didnt come. I had to sign up for a new hotel. I hope we could get back our payment because we've paid but got nothing in return. This was the worse experience we have ever had. Please do something about this.
