Delightful hotel experience!

Amazing experience. The hotel is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable in all aspects. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again when visiting Banff!

Lovely

Overall a very nice hotel. I liked that they had pour over coffee in the room with fresh cream feels much cleaner than a coffee pot. The heated pools were very nice and the views are really lovely. They give you bus passes for the length of your stay. The coffee shop and restaurant were both good and there’s a convenient store right across the street if you need anything else.

Located on the edge of town, this hotel has beautiful views and amenities, quiet and yet still close enough to walk or take the shuttle. Complimentary coffee/tea, shuttles, and parking, alongside a beautiful rooftop hot tub setup, making it an ideal jumping point for all Banff has to offer. Nice Happy Hour & pastry offerings too.

Great room terrible view

Great check in experience and loved that you get freshly roasted coffee for a pour over carafe in your room. We also made use of the landry facilities and the hot pool. The room was great but my only frustration was , for the cost of the resort, I didnt feel it was clear how far our hotel block was from the reception nor that we would be totally overlooked by an adjacent room. There was zero view and when i asked for an alternative i was told there were none

Fresh and Welcoming

We were really happy with our stay. Super comfy, quiet and tastefully renovated rooms with a delicious restaurant in the lobby. On site parking was easily accessed from our room and there was no additional nightly parking cost. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay! I’m enjoying a wonderful time with my family. They offer personalized tea or coffee every day. The price is a bit high in July and August, but it’s worth it.
