Pool staff. The gentleman checking the pool and hot tub was amazing. When the hot tub wasn’t hot enough, he checked it, added water and ensured it was warm enough.

The air conditioning/heating system in my room was extremely hot, and despite trying to adjust it, the temperature remained unbearable throughout the night. Because of this, I wasn’t able to sleep well during my stay, and the excessive heat caused my blood pressure to drop every night. I also developed a skin rash due to the dryness and heat in the room. Overall, it was a terrible experience and far from what I expected.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated after a full afternoon of walking. The hotel provided us with transit passes for the ROAM buses which made trips back and forth to downtown very easy. The bus stop was right next to the hotel. Appreciated that they support "mountain' brands by providing Rocky Mountain Roasters coffee and Rocky Mountain Soap Company shampoo, soap and lotion in the room. Overall...a truly great place to stay.

Rooms appear stuff and our window stuck shut. Could use more amenities, like a restaurant on site. The restaurants suggested by the hotel (that had an Expedia discount) did not live up to their rated standards. Food at these restaurants was mediocre. It is better to eat outside of the "associated hotel chain". That would be a reason not to return to Rundlestone.
