This host was terrifically helpful and responsive. The property is exactly as advertised and is very nice. It’s quiet and really close to Banff Avenue where the shopping and eating options are centered. We walked three short blocks and were right in the middle of everything. And the mountains are of course all around. It was easy to jump on the highway or a shuttle and head out to lakes and trails. We highly recommend this property.

The Bakers' home is excellent - away from the craziness of Banff Avenue but walking distance to the restaurants and IGA. The home is a real home with all the comforts you would need - house slippers, bear spray, standing fans, kitchen utensils and condiments, etc. Shauna was also kind enough to immediately provide us any missing or things that we ran out of. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the beds were perfect for us.

Lovely property just a couple of blocks from Banff Ave. Walking distance to everything. Quick access to art trail and Tunnel Mountain hiking trail. Wonderful views. Would definitely stay again. Shauna is a great host.

Owner was very responsive. Unit was clean. Location amazing. Only comment would be the main living space in the unit was a little smaller then I thought it would be from the pictures. Other then that, I would definitely recommend.

Great location in Banff!

This home was clean and spacious. Better than that though was the location within walking distance town and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We had an RV with us and had plenty of room to park it (we got prior permission from the host.). Shauna was quick to respond to us even when we texted her late at night. Highly recommend this place.

Great getaway in Banff

This was a wonderful apartment in an amazing location. A short walk to the downtown. Everything was nice and clean and the owners had thought of all the little things that we might need, including dropping off umbrellas the day it rained. We would definitely come back.

Great Place and Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is wonderful and only a couple blocks from town. The WiFi was really great and we were able to continue working when needed. The place was super clean and we loved having the small kitchen area to prepare meals--there was even a hot plate to use for cooking. Shauna/Brian provided recommendations for restaurants which were super helpful and we would absolutely return to visit this property. Great owners and great property!

Absolutely Perfect!!

Beautiful and clean home walking distance to Banff center.

Four friends came to Banff for a girls trip of hiking and appreciating nature. We stayed in Shauna’s home for the second half of our trip and it was perfect. The bedrooms were large enough for four women and their luggage. The 2 bathrooms were clean and conveniently en suite. The living room area was clean and cozy. The house is walking distance to Banff’s Main Street, shopping, restaurants, and beautiful hikes. Shauna was kind and communicative and responded to a few questions immediately. If you want to cook your meals here, just note that the fridge is a mini fridge and the cooktop is a countertop, plug-in when you want to use it. Shauna provided us with a large cooler so we happily kept our beverages (think beer and wine) here and saved the fridge for real perishables:) We would highly recommend Shaun’s place as she is terrific, her home is immaculate, and you can walk all around Banff. Thank you, Shauna!

Highly recommended

A lovely apartment in an ideal position for exploring Banff. Our check in was easy, and our hosts were very friendly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and suited two couples very well. We parked our car and enjoyed strolling to the shops, restaurants, museums and beautiful riverside. For longer trips, it was easy to drive from the apartment out of town. We would recommend highly and would love to return.

Great Stay - just as advertised

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location. Perfect tof two, two couples, or similar. The Cedars is just as advertised. As others have mentioned, this is a shared house and you may hear feet upstairs, or noise at times, but never too early, or too late. I would definitely return.

Wow, amazing property!!

The host was the best I've ever had the pleasure to stay with. There was so much care and effort put into our visit. Location was so close to downtown we could walk to everything. Anyone staying at this property will be very pleased. Very comfortable furniture, great parking just a few feet from the entrance. If you go to Banff, this is the place you need to stay!
