Horrible hotel

No elevator; doors closed upon checking iat 11:00 pm; although it said to be open until 12:00am. Had to wait almost an hour for someone to give me a room key at the 4th floor with no elevator or luggage assistance. The street and the hotel are dirty and poorly kept.

Combative: Refusal to do housekeeping

This is a great hotel for its rooms however on this occasion I found staff accommodating and at the same time combative. Booked 3 nights. On arrival, room had no hot water. I was put from their standard room to deluxe room. In the morning I requested clean sheets. In the afternoon found housekeeping had not changed sheets so when requested, was refusedand put in a standard room with only one towel. The following morning, early, again asked for clean sheets; despite repeated requests did not get housekeeping until early evening. Staff refused to engage with me. Again this is a great priced hotel however the customer service was woeful.

Let down by no hot water

Hotel has no elevator so have to use stairs. Good clean hotel in a convenient location. Sadly, the stay was let down by there being no hot water (and no explanation provided). There was no hot water on the check in time nor the following day when checking out.

It was amazing came to see my nephew and I had a great time. Everyone in Thailand seem so happy and friendly. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

掃除して欲しい、しないで欲しい の札をかけ忘れたが部屋に入らないで欲しいを掛けてなかったらベッドメーキングしといて欲しかった。 あとお湯が出なかった。 それ以外は問題無し。

値段相応で使いやすいホテル

値段の割に綺麗で使い勝手のよいホテル。 スタッフの対応がいまいちだが、値段を考えると我慢できるレベル。 バンコクのホテルがそうなのかは不明だが、歯ブラシが無いのには困った。
