We travelled with our two sons (14 & 15) and found the location perfect for train, walking & tuk tuks. The shuttle to the shopping centre made it so easy too. Staff were very helpful & polite. The pool was kept clean and in good condition. We will definately stay here sgain.

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful stay. Breakfast had a good selection. Front desk service was excellent. Rest of the hotel staff were courteous and efficient. Location is great, close to Central World and Siam Paragon.

the hotel is relatively clean and cosy but the location is further in from the main road. Hotel provide tuktuk which value added but in order to take it back from drop off location to hotel requires a local phone number to call hotel for arrangement

Wonderful room, service, staff, dining. I was staying there when the earthquake hit Burma and affected Bangkok. The staff were so amazing. Got everyone out of the hotel, kept us safe, brought umbrellas and water (as it was hot outside), kept us updated on the situation, and made sure we were all ok. Beyond professional putting all of us first. Very impressive. I will never forget how great all these people were. Thank you.
