Looking forward to refurbishment of hotel rooms

The location of the hotel was excellent, being only minutes away from the BTS, which made commuting to various tourist attractions easy. Every staff member exhibited exemplary customer service. However, we were aware of the dated condition and fittings of each room from previous feedback from other travellers. We booked two rooms, and both were awaiting refurbishment. We hope the management will implement the necessary updates soon.

Grab and taxis will miss the property because it’s a little hard to find but overall staff is friendly, room service is fantastic and room is in good condition but the resort is definitely older.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we told them that the house opposite to the hotel is having a late night party, they quickly moved us to another room in a higher level to ensure our sleep won't be affected. The room is spacious and well equipped. The only problem we noticed is that the water temperature from the shower becomes cold right after the warmer comes through, so we had to adjust the water tab a few times during the shower.

The hotel is a bit dated but it's conveniently located (near BTS station, close to Silom), the rooms are spacious with a good view. Swimming pools are quite large for its location and relaxing. Services were great and flexible too. I only stayed for 2 nights but I wished I had stayed longer.
