Hellhole of the Hotel - Terrible Hotel

One of the most terrible hotels you will come across in your life. Pathetic room condition - rotten furniture, third class bedding, the surface the white dots and it was smelling like hell. Cockroaches were feasting there. We have a small baby, have asked them to change the room which they did but still it was not worth it. worst room service, they don’t have any staff after 5 pm. The breakfast didn’t had any vegetarian options. This is one of the hell hole. Equally worst from hotels.com to have this kind of hotel in their list. DO NOT GO THERE, NEVER.

I was given an upgrade. I appreciated the breakfast included. I appreciated the front desk holding my luggage while I was out touring after I checked out.

In my previous stay, the room was fine. The superior room selection in my last stay was v because the bathroomery wrong Because the bathroom was very dirty and very squishy It's like a detailed cleaning hasn't been done for a long time. That's why I'm not satisfied at all

The reception staff ok, but The Night Manager was terrible on my check in evening, The food was very average and the staff was below average in this area and the exec lounge, have stayed many times but will not stay again, and the executive lounge is laughable and not even close to 4 star, I rate Furama is 2.5 STAR maximum, room key didn't work twice this visit, it happens every time I stay there very old now needs major renovations carpets dirty.
