Booked 2 beds. Got 1 bed and a shrug. They eventually wheeled another bed to the room, but it wasn't what I paid for. Other than that, the place is super comfortable, nice, and well situated. I'd stay again if they'd get the bed situation right.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Not too close to the mall or other attractions. It's very comfortable. It's not modern, contemporary decor but the classic hotel look, which I prefer. The staffs there are super friendly! Shoutout to Lina, Min at the front desk, Amp from Housekeeping - honestly, ALL of the staffs. Seriously ALL of the staffs. Everyone was so patient, friendly and helpful. I know where I'm going back to stay when I visit there again 🙏

First of all, the buffet breakfast was good, Plenty of choices of both fresh and cooked veg. Food was served nice and hot. Also, the location of the hotel is fantastic, just few mins walk away to Terminal 21 & Asoke Station. Staffs were nice and friendly too. However, the property itself was quite worn out. we had a Jacuzzi in our suite. I could see rusted spot all over the water outlet and drain. We didnt use it. Same as the "Swimming Pool" and sauna on the rooftop. They are too worn-out so we didnt even use. Even the House Keeping team tried their best to tidy up the room and public area, the whole property was just too worn-out.

Close to BTS and Metro. Close to main shopping centres. There is a morning market just outside the hotel near the banks that is open on weekdays. Good local selections. Different stalls on different days which provides quite a good variety for such a small market.

Overall, I was satisfied.

I was satisfied. The hotel staff was friendly, and the furniture felt a little old, but it was still great. The transportation to the airport and tourist attractions was very good. However, the breakfast menu was a little lacking, and the crosswalk in front of the hotel was far away, which was inconvenient.

I stay in this hotel more than 5 times. Very convenient location, short walk to MRT and BTS. Their breakfast is a bit boring but who cares, you have so much option for food in Bangkok. Best of all, I got 2 times free upgrade of room 😊.

Nany and Lina (plus the other staff) were excellent and were very attentive. Housekeeping always made sure I had everything I needed. The only (minor) negative was that the water in the pool on the 12th floor wasn't very clean and I'm unsure how often it is cleaned. Other than that, everything was great!
