Perfectly acceptable hotel for the price. The room was massive and equipped with everything I needed. Location was perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy transportation links to access the city.

Grand Mercure Asoke

Grand Mercure was a super star in its heyday. Its still a good hotel where the back building is converted to long term residences. The rooms are large with full kitchen, sitting / living room and separate bed room. It is still a solid hotel but the dark wood is showing some wear and 20 mos of CoVid lockdowns are hitting the room rates. The in-room washing machines are very helpful! Shower needs more water pressure.

Reasonable price and good access

Interior decoration is old-fashioned, but reasonable price for spacious space. Good access from the BTS ASOK station. But I recomend the taxi use when the rain, because of the puddles on the small street of the SOI-19.

Awesome

Great apartment hotel on quiet street. Had washing machine full kitchen separate bedroom and balcony and was huge. Great value and was nice for first and last night of our trip. 20min walk from makkasan was tough dragging roller bags and stroller but that's life. Sidewalks in Bangkok are not ADA compliant. Lol
