We had great stay in ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit Phra Khanong. Clean rooms and friendly staff. It will be nice if they add few Veg options in Breakfast menu.

Staff did not speak much. Did not know about the key metro locations for places like ICONSIAM. Did not have a metro map handy to explain the routes. Rooms were clean and very comfortable and quiet.

In general nice hotel with very polite staff but some things need a change. Breakfast is the biggest downside. For such a big hotel the choice is very little. Issue number two is rooms needs new mattresses. Backpain guaranteed every day.

Check- in/ Check-out process was easy and efficient. The staff was very professional, attentive, and courteous. The breakfast was excellent and culturally diverse with a variety of options some of which changed daily. I brought up a concern to the front desk and they addressed it immediately. Itโ€™s a very stylish hotel located minutes walking from the nearest rail station. Good restaurants, food trailers, and two 7-Elevens nearby. The hotel only had 1 washer/dryer set but thatโ€™s not a deal breaker for me. I will definitely stay here again.

Estuvimos en el hotel casi 1 semana en un viaje familiar con 2 niรฑos; en tรฉrminos generales MUY BIEN. Es un hotel chico, pero comodo y de fรกcil acceso.. no hay muchos malls al rededor, pero puedes caminar unos 15mins para encontrar uno pequeรฑo. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero algunas veces faltaba personal para la demanda de gente, pero nada grave... Si volverรญamos a reservar allรญ en una siguiente oportunidad.

The Ibis Styles staff are always friendly and courteous, I was even remembered from previous visits. The rooms are consistently fresh and any concerns are immediately addressed. Definitely recommend this hotel.

They had express check out at the property, which was pretty useful. Similarly, they accommodated an early check in. For some strange reason, I could not encash a 100$ bill, which they claimed that it did not clear their norms - which was perfectly Ok at a money exchange.
