Hotel was great. They didn't have my booked room available, so they upgraded me to a superior suite instead! Staff were helpful and attentive, and were there to answer any questions, even helping me get the correct change for the laundry room. Hotel was close to lots of eateries and near the metro station. Would definitely stay again.

Only 1 laundry machine and they close after 9 pm. So it barely make any sense to have it. Most guests would be out all day and return at night for laundry and they are closed. I rushed through washing my cloth, only had 5 more mins for dryer and the supervisor staff asked me to leave because they are closed. They offered to deliver the next day but I was checking out in the morning. So it was very inconvenient and illogical. Horrible management. The swimming pool staff around the laundry was nice.

They offer a variety of food for breakfast. While the alley outside the hotel can be a little dirty, it's close to public transportation.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Jasmine 59 have never had a bad stay or any issues the staff welcomed us back and no cost late check out really good service and a great location for everything

Great location and room size but…

Room was a great size in a great location however there was a lot of noise at 11:30pm outside of our room that disturbed our sleep. Not sure if it was guests who just checked in but there was a lot of shouting from both parents and kids. Kinda ruined our night.

I ended up with the 2 bedroom executive for my family of 4 and it was perfect. Great use of separated spaces - something much needed sometimes when traveling with the little ones.
