The sweet treats and complimentary beer were a lovely surprise. The attentiveness and kindness of the staff made the stay so much more pleasant. The hotel is slightly dated but still a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed a beautiful upgrade to a 700sq/ft suite on the 54th floor with spectacular views of the city and the river especially at night. Our room price also included breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with beer, wine and limited cocktails. The highlight of course is the sky bar with great food and beautiful jazz music under the stars. A truly wonderful experience
