Staff, amenities were great. But the room was filled with tiny little ants and couldn't leave food/snacks out. I didn't ask for a room change because i was mostly outside in the city and only come back to sleep for 6 or 5 hours.

The staff seemed underpaid and not very friendly, none of FO staff were smiling, and one staff member, in particular, came across as rude and shows a lack of attention and knowledge about her surroundings. The phone system is very outdated, when I called reception, it made eerie noises like something out of a horror movie. The AC is old but still functional, so that’s manageable. However, the TV is outdated. From my perspective, for the same price, you can find better rooms, amenities, locations, and service elsewhere. I stayed at 3 different hotels for this vacation and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had during this vacation. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff did their job very well, and there are so many good stalls near the hotel.

The fried eggs in the buffet are stone cold as they dont bother to light the flame under the egg tub to keep them warm. Also the selection is not the best and the staff in the breakfast room are more interested in playing on their phones than looking after the buffet food. If you want a swim in the day then you have to wait until as it is closed some days for cleaning until 4pm. Then you then have to find staff to unlock the pool door area. The up side is that is a 15 to 20 minute walk to Sri Kritha Station which you can catch the Monorail to Phraya Tay station. Then you can catch many other Sky Trains to get in and around Bangkok

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures online so much grime and dirt still in the bathroom makes me wonder if the sheets are changed i actually left 2 days early so i didn't need to stay there.
