I liked the different art styles in the area, this museum has a unique style quite different from anything i've ever stayed in. I had issues with how the hotel smelled. Many of the hallways, some rooms, and some bathrooms smelled like cigarette smoke.

Very unique and cool

This is a really cool hotel. I love the exterior and all the cool decor. The lobby and bar are amazing. I was only there 1 night so didn't see the pool or restaurant, but my room was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would absolutely stay there again

Cons: Not a good location for sightseeing of the most significant attractions/landmarks. Staff are not knowledgeable about smart customer service. The pool is too small and not well-maintained. Room balconies are too small. Pros: Great decor. Good breakfasts. Clean rooms. Suggestions: Improve the free shuttle service to the nearest Metro by running it later into the evening and every half-hour instead of every hour. Offer an affordable shuttle service to DMK airport.

Wonderful and affordable option

The whole experience was positive, from the moment we checked in to our seamless checkout. The staff were warm, inviting, and very helpful. The included breakfast buffet was excellent with a wonderful mix of options, from local Thai and Southeast Asian cuisine to more typical Western breakfast options. The room was clean and well maintained. And the cost was affordable considering the inclusion of breakfast, the size of the Superior room, and the rooftop pool and gym. It's a10-15 minutes walk to the blue line, too, so we felt that we had ready access to the whole of the city. We would love to stay here when we come back to Bangkok.

Steer clear of this place

Place smells like a sewer and the food isn't good at all. My friends all got food poisoning from whatever they are serving you here for the breakfast ! Pass on this place! Better hotels in Bangkok elsewhere.

The WiFi is slow and they don't take care of you like other hotels in the area. Bangkok is supposed to be fun! Not here! Run and go the Grand Hyatt they are way better
