This hotel offers wonderful amenities and an amazing staff who always greet you with a smile. The breakfast at the restaurant was great with the chef offering a variety of choices as well as being able to accommodate any specific needs. Overall, my experience in Bangkok was made that much better due to the wonderful treatment by staff and the overall condition of the property will not hesitate to stay here again when I return

It is fine for the price paid. Comfy bed and a very big room. The rooms are very outdated though. Bathrooms need updating. Cleaners leave black bags of rubbish on each floor and would be there all day. Not a 4* hotel though

男性フロントスタッフが最悪

部屋は広く清潔で快適だった。シャワーの強さも問題なし。ウォッシュレットも付いていた。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、キッチン、収納、テーブルなど完備しており安価にて長期滞在向け。 周辺はレストランは多く無い。日本料理屋やカフェは多いがどこも高級で高価。プロンポン駅まで行って食事した方がいい。 ルームサービスは無い。朝食はまあまあなレベル。毎日だと飽きる。 フロントサービスは悪い。女性スタッフは笑顔があり良いが、男性フロントスタッフが数人いるが全て最悪だった。接客態度が悪すぎる。生意気な顔付きで見てくる、話し方も最悪、英語も中途半端。サービスも悪い。ずっと電話してフロント対応をしない。これがホテルの評判をかなり下げる原因だと思う。

很糟的住宿體驗

第一間房間沒有很乾淨、毛巾跟浴巾有味道、廁所多處發霉、陽台的牆壁上多處鳥糞、要求訂房網站幫我換房間、換完房間後廁所的毛巾跟浴巾還是有味道、早餐選項超級少，對不起這個房價、真不敢相信還在裝潢的飯店、再把房間出租給別人邊施工，一邊出租、離捷運站至少走10分鐘以上

ホテルから駅までの道がガタガタでつくりが悪く、歩くのに困難でした。 普段歩くのが苦じゃないタイプですが、駅からホテルまで思いの外時間が掛かり、疲れました。 ホテルの部屋の家具やタオルが全体的に古く、汚かったです。また掃除も行き届いておらず、前の人の綿棒や化粧品が落ちていました。 ホテルのイメージ写真の綺麗さとは程遠く、ショックでした。

Very satisfactory stay

The room was alright, we had expected a slightly better standard, but were very satisfied with the room for the price paid. The room was a little bit worn down, but had all the amenities we needed. Not having been in Bangkok before, we were not aware of distances but Sukhumvit has a lot to offer and the train was about 20 min walking distance from the hotel.
