This is a very solid hotel. I only give 5 for exceptional. So the hotel is clean, a little dated, but staff are pleasant and professional. Food was good. Location good for anything Harrow related.

So noisy from 6-9am cleaners outside your room door talking loudly then trying to come into your room while your do not disturb on Breakfast not good some days no food except egg station and everything undercook
