Wonderful area. Right by several embassies. Very safe. Lots of shopping malls. The hotel and staff could not have been any better. WAT was the concierge’s person who took care of us. He arranged all of our outings, even walked us to dinner found a great Restaurant with a cigar bar. Our stay here could not have been any better!

Stayed there many times. A let down this time. Pulled up outside and nobody there to greet us. Got all the luggage out of the car ourselves. Then someone finally showed up. Room was told was a renovated one. Not much different than before. Arranged for a 12pm checkout. At 12:02 and 12:03 was called twice asking if we were ready to checkout, although we were packed and about to head down to reception. Always before impeccable manners and service. A little let down this time.

Good Experience

The location is good and adjacent to the various Embassy. The room was upgraded and it has a living room and open kicthen. The breakfast is excellence with variety of choice of 2 main dishes. However, the equipment at the fitness centre could be reviewed and improved.

Every morning at 5am there is a loud banging of a bell/gong from the temple across the street. Don’t bother having the hotel launder your clothes. I had teo very small loads done and it was over $40 usd.
