Good price but average service

The front desk and service staff are not in sync, and very often I have to call down many times for anything. Checking in was ok but my friend waited several hours after check in time. So hit or miss really.

Happy returning customers

Return visit to this hotel, on a multi stop holiday. Check in easy and newly updated room on level 6 was good. Staff perfect and happy, visited at end of Tet, so a little busy at breakfast causing queues, but plenty of room and seats, buffet breakfast varied and good choices western to Asian options . Attentive staff cleaned up fast. Location is superb 5 mins from main road, easy for mrt, BTS links. Walkable to the near park areas and main areas of Bangkok. Happy to return and recommend this hotel. Able to leave a bag here and collect when we checked in again a week later after a trip to Vietnam, very useful, safe area good access and great hotel.

My stays at the Rembrandt are always pleasant. The staff is helpful and the hotel has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms in the hotel are generally in better condition than the suites in the back but overall the comfort level is great and its close proximitycto Sukhumvit and Asoke is especially convenient.

Buffet breakfast and fitness center is great and was the highlight of our stay. The room is quite old and the carpet has an unpleasant smell. We got multiple bedbug bites. There is an ongoing construction which didn’t affect our stay. Good hotel over all if you are looking for an affordable accommodation in the area.

The hotel is a bit of a walk to the BTS however there is a free ride service available to the end of the street. The pool was extremely busy and full of children jumping and diving into the pool. The chairs around the pool could be replaced with MANY more recliners to accommodate the amount of guests. The breakfast was average, but will suffice. There were many children in the buffet running around unattended reaching to the food. I understand this is not the hotels fault but rather absentee parents, but it is a put off when you are trying to get your food, sit down and eat in peace. The staff were friendly and wifi worked. The price was ok and if I had to I would stay again. There was a room safe. The TV has very limited english channels most of them are news.

We stayed here for 8 days. Staff very friendly, the elderly female staff member who cleaned level 7 every morning was amazing and did a great job. Very respectful, buffet breakfast was amazing and the gym and pool facilities were perfect for a quick workout or a family dip before heading out. Thank you team. Would definitely stay here again.

Great with one little issue

Had a room on the renovated 23th floor and was very pleased with it. The staff is very nice and helpful and the grneral surroundings are great. My only issue with the hotel is the chaotic breakfast arrangement. The layout of the room and the logistics makes it busy as a bee hive.
