We were checked into room 1811 Grand Executive room. The design of the room is vy funny that for no reason a wall is erected right in front of the window and partially blocking the window.

Fantastic location, so near to the skytrain making all of bangkok including the airport very accessible. Staff were all freindly and helpful and i loved the overall modern decor and aestethic. The prime restaurant was beautiful! Thank you!

Loved the location for easy access to malls and mtr. Service was generally good too. They tried their best to help me scan the qr code for my room to enjoy the 20% off food voucher. In the end, i figured out myself using the food menu in the room so maybe they can ask guests to do so if they cannot scan at the reception. Just one feedback that they may need to regularly check on their bathroom facilities cos my toilet flush was spoilt on the last day (luckily) and my friend’s shower also needed fixing on one of the days.
