Bad experience

We stay four nights 9 people in the trip. The first night was terrible. The person in the front desk was angry and moody. We never receive a communication about pay 1000 bath per room for garantee. It's a big surprise. Finally, the rest of the personal is amazing and good attitude but the old woman is terrible. I don't like to talk her anymore. Sorry. I never return this hotel.

The hotel was close to the airport and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only unfortunate thing was I could hear a bit of chatter in my neighbour's room from the bathroom.

Location close to the airport and a shuttle were why we chose it. Positives….. good breakfast until 10am, quiet, water supplied, friendly workers. Negatives…. VERY hard bed, big pillows, small bathroom, stairs to the elevator on our floor and the lobby level.

Convieniently located for an overnight stay when leaving the next day. The resaurant was very nuce abd the food was excellent. The airport shuttle was hard to find when trying to get to the hotel , but it did show ip after an hour or so. The bed was absolutely the least comfortable one I have ever slept on( or tried to sleep on).

Check in was quick, baggage handler was kind and helpful and room was clean. The issue was the beds are WORSE than BAD!!! I slept in a nicer bed in 1972 and that bed was 20 years old then. I find this ABSOLUTELY unacceptable … on a quick overnight layover you MUST do better than that. I’ll try you one more time on my next visit but if it remains bad I’ll make sure to make it well known!!!

The room was nice and the pool okay. We were outside in the pool which is beside the parking lot. Someone was going around with a very loud smelly machine blowing smokey stuff everywhere. We came to realize they were fumigating/ getting rid of pests.i could taste the chemicals and had a hard time breathing. No warning or anything. The stuff lingered for a long time
