When you enter the hotel the reception area and bar looks bright and modern and clean. Once you go through the automatic door to the hotel part itself it's like walking into another world. The walls are all so very dirty just a lick of white paint could fix that. The rooms are very dated, the beds are extremely uncomfortable Old Spring beds, the walls in the rooms also need painting they are just very dated and not pleasant.

This hotel offers exceptional shuttle service from the airport, but it’s important to stick to their hourly schedule if you want a free ride back to the airport; otherwise, you'll need to pay for transportation. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and features an excellent on-site restaurant with delicious food. However, the room itself leaves much to be desired. It's quite small, and the television is outdated and very small, with grainy channels and frequent freezing issues. The bathroom is equipped with just a shower curtain, leading to water pooling throughout the space. Additionally, the bed is incredibly uncomfortable—excessively firm and worn out. The air conditioning blows directly on your face, which can be quite bothersome. This hotel is suitable for a quick overnight stay before your departure, but it’s not ideal for longer visits.

Very pleasant stay. My room was upgraded, a nice surprise. Free pick-up and drop-off for the airport. The swimming pool is not that big, but enough for a reasonable swim if you want. The staff were very helpful. Robinson Lifestyle is a bit of a walk, but there is a 7-11 really near.

Stayed a week and was not disappointed.

Nice variety for breakfast. Pool clean, and usually empty of other travelers. Bed a bit firm for me. Close restaurants, snack shops. In-house restaurant good. Very quiet in room. Only 10-15 minutes from airport depending on traffic. Pleasant staff service. Free WiFi gave a steady, strong signal.

It was good enough for an inexpensive overnight stay near the airport. Good communication as to how to find the shuttle. Staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant was good. However, beds were very hard and room was hot and had a smell.

I had stayed the week before. There was no security deposit. My stay on the way out of Thailand they had started a 1,000 baht security deposit. I did not have 1,000 so they let my pay 500. However, that drained my baht so I went in search of a currency exchange on a Sunday. I finally found one in Robinsons.

The place is good for the price and shuttle to the airport. Not a place for long term stays. Facilities were acceptable but not fantastic, could use some TLC. I would stay again.

This hotel is good for 1 night when transiting. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good, abundance of food to choose from. We dined in the restaurant and the meals were good. Pool is good especially when travelling with kids. Note the rooms are very basic, bed was very hard, drain in shower smelt, bathroom looked unfinished. Would we stay here again? For the price I would say yes.

Maybe I was on the wrong side but there's NO WAY this place is 3.5 stars. No hot water in the sink, the bed was hard as heck, and I'm not saying it was stiff. It felt like we were laying on the floor. And the most interesting thing was the airport shuttle you get is ONLY when you arrive and leave. So if like us flew to Chiang Rai for 8 hours, we had to pay our own way there. So I checked out that same day.
