Second time staying here. Room was clean with an amazing view of Bangkok. Convienent location to Terminal 21, rooftop bars, dining and Benchakitty Park for a nice morning walk.

I had a great stay at The Continent Hotel in Bangkok! The location is perfect—right in the middle of the city, close to everything. It can be a little noisy from the street, but I didn’t mind at all since I love being in the heart of the action. The only small downside was that the elevator didn’t have air conditioning, which was a bit unusual. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Pretty good. Advertised as a 5*, but probably closer to a 4* in reality. Some good bits, some bad bits. Only one working lift for a portion of our stay but to be honest, even with 2 it’s not enough. They need a third. Location is good for amenities, but don’t expect any peace and quiet unless you’re very high up.

Rooms are small and very dimly lit. Not a bright room at all and you want to get out into the light of day. THE BLIND BETWEEN ROOM AND BATHROOM WAS BROKEN.THE CHAIR WAS WOBBLY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED DURING STAY. Breakfast was good and specially the fruit selection was great.

Not good experience

I had the trouble with door open on the 3rd night. It took 2 hrs finally broken the door and took my luggage, then changed to another room. In the beginning, the hotel did not any compensation until I asked. It was a terrible experience.

Not really a 5 star hotel. Rooms are smaller than rooms in New York City. The walls are super thin, you hear all conversations/noises in the rooms next to you. Main restaurant was being renovated which moved the breakfast buffet. Selection and service was lacking. I had to switch rooms because my air conditioning stopped working. There are better hotels just steps away, choose them instead.

My room is connected to another room and divided by a locked door which the other rooms guest was trying to open which was annoying. But over all the location was good and clean. The water drainage in shower was slow but over all i would stay again
