The staff are friendly, accommodating and smile all the time, might just be thailand. I felt safe and comfortable staying here and it has the best gym I’ve ever used in a hotel, it’s on the 6th floor. The one complaint I have, is when it’s sunny, the flooring they use around the pool area, will burn your feet, bad, terrible material choice. I had to splash water around the area of my chair, but even that didn’t help much. Other than that, everything else was great, the buffet too is phenomenal, great price too and opene early.

A decent hotel in Bangkok

The hotel is an excellent location, easy to get to the shopping centre and places to eat. The porters are particularly helpful, the reception staff are friendly but it was a bit frustrating as we booked two rooms and we specifically called to ask for the rooms next to each other, but upon checking in they said it wasn't possible. So we had to complain and they managed to get two rooms together. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide array of choices.

Staying at The Quarter Ladprao is always a great experience - MRT Phahon Yothin Exit 1 is just at the doorstep and BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station nusg across the road. Union Mall and Centralworld Ladprao are both just across the road, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-maintained and the breakfast offered always features local favourites, allowing tourists an opportunity to taste local breakfast flavours in the hotel. Do consider this for a hotel option that allows for easy access to the suburbs to experience Bangkok away from the usual tourist hotspots!
