The room was neat. The steamer spit out dirty water. We trod to clean it to no avail. The food selection at the breakfast bar was ok. Most of the food was lukewarm. The juices were fountain drink machine quality. The staff was VERY attentive and friendly.

It exceeded our expectations. Being used to the big chain hotels, it was a refreshing experience whilst being up to par with the bigger chain hotels in terms of cleanliness, service and amenities. We also loved the boat service which made getting around so convenient. Loved the spacious, clean bathroom and kitchen area. The Nespresso machine was a definite plus!

The hotel was quite small, which usually isn't a big problem but there were private events happen every night during our stay that made the hotel areas for guests crowded and it felt like we were second to them. It was loud so less relaxing. Expected more from this hotel. The staff were very kind and breakfast great. Hotel room was also lovely.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Mekki (chief concierge) assisted us in every way.The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options.
