not great, but definitely not bad. great staff

Staff were incredible. the room was a little run down, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the paint was chipping, and the A/C in the room sounded like it was on its last leg. the pool was a great amenity. super close to the playa thai train station. definitely not a 5-star hotel, but also much better than a hostel.

I always stay at Sukosol hotel whenever I visit Bangkok. The hotel gives a pleasant and quiet stay with courteous and helpful staffs. The hotel is close to Skytrain station and airport link. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and offers a variety of food on a daily basis.

Excellent value with a premium experience!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had the Siam Suite Executive Level room with added benefits and found it perfect for us during our "Work-cation". We were both able to either be on our laptop from the hotel room, or use the Lounge, Pool, or downstairs Bar area. We loved the included made to order breakfast with buffet, and evening free cocktails and canapés selection as well. The staff were all 10/10 and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. We stayed at this hotel for 6-nights in total and were very pleased with the ease of access to public transportation and/or taxi services. If in the area again, we would stay here 100%. Quieter area of Bangkok with quick access to the popular areas and destinations. Excellent value with a premium experience! Love it!

Cannot open window

Everything was fine except you cannot open the window so it’s difficult to breathe fresh air.

At the reception amd stuff were very helpful, however buffet breakfast was very poor. We stayed there for 5 nights, and same food everyday at breakfast buffet. They need to havr more verities of halal food options and there were no deserts options at all. Even my 4 years old son got tired of eating same food for 5 days. Hope they will improve the buffet items better.

Family & Friends Holiday

Total booked 3 rooms and was confused by the reception way of room allocation and charges but we got it finally sorted out. Disappointed welcome drinks have to request then coupon was issued. The rooms need to be updated especially bathtub and toilet bowl is super old. Buffet breakfast is good with wide range of selection.
