The size of the room was great and we enjoyed all the amenities offered. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Gym had a decent amount of cardio equipment plus a good selection of weights, both free & machines. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property has two amazing restaurants onsite, awesome pool deck, and free shuttle service to a local mall. My rooms best was comfy, shower was excellent and my room even had a city view balcony. To top it off I received amazing service from the front desk to the porters out front. Special shoutout to the night Manager Ploy, Yok, and Mild! Ploy made sure I was able to get close accommodations to my friends room. Yok decorated my friends room to celebrate her birthday, and Mild helped me pick out the best cocktails in the restaurant. Will rebook on my next trip to Bangkok.

Very kind staff,the only issue I had was I paid for a room with a city view but I didn’t get that. Other than that the room was perfect love the bathroom. There’s a guy at the breakfast room in the morning that wear suits I think he’s there on the weekend, tall, don’t remember his name but he was very kind to me the whole time, made sure I had my hot chocolate and orange juice as soon as I get seated in the morning. The breakfast was very delicious it a buffet style and everything was 10/10 . I will chose this hotel anytime to go back to Bangkok.

I’m so glad I chose Valía as they exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in I was accommodated with luggage assistance, assisted at the check in desk promptly, and even granted complimentary early check in. The entire hotel was so luxurious and the king suite was dreamy. A massive shower with gorgeous marbling, dual sinks, and a stand-alone soaking tub that made you never want to leave the room. It definitely felt like a 5 star hotel and I would stay here every time I visit Bangkok. The food was incredible and they had a complimentary shuttle service to one of the luxury malls close by.

The cleaning service came way too late to clean the rooms. They would come at about six in the evening when I was either trying to prepare for the night or trying to relax. I’m used to the cleaning service cleaning the rooms much earlier.

I'm picky. This hotel is great. It's clean. The premium deluxe room, whatever it was called, was beautiful - big bathtub and luxury bathroom. My fave part was the breakfast which was included for me. So much variety, different things each day, incredible Thai food but also Indian, Chinese, British. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and I can not recommend them enough. Gym and pool also nice.

The room was brilliant we liked the fact that there was a washing machine in our room. We loved the daily free chocolates, cocktail buy one get one free deals and the 2 hour unlimited beer and wings deal on 6th floor. The staff were also amazing Mild was very friendly and helpful, and Sarawut was also helpful too. Great service when we return to Bangkok we plan to return.

Property is in a decent walkable area. We checked out early due to air quality in our rooms. Staff tried fixing it but I think the air handlers for the building just doesn’t handle cleaning the air inside well. Staff are responsive and location works but the downsides for us was air quality and the minuscule size of the elevator. Need to upgrade these two items for sure.
