You can put make-up on a pi, but it’s still a pig. Beds are too high. My 83 year old mother had to use the desk chair to get into bed. I’m 5’5”, and it wasn’t easy for me either. The beds are on a full metal panel frame. As you turn in the night, it sounds like wobbling sheet metal to create a thunder sound. The drapes aren’t wide enough to fully cover the windows. There’s mold in the bathroom with creepy hand prints on the back of the door. There’s no cover on the ceiling light in the bathroom, with the fan super loud. Not too eco-friendly when the tub drips non-stop. The AC emits a perfume smell-probably to cover up the smoke coated paint (which is still detectable in the room) under the fresher coats. Tv channel options were amazing. The WiFi is hard to get onto, and is slow. The breakfast was comparable to other hotels. The staff tending breakfast were very nice and helpful. Front desk folks at evening checking and morning check out could use some manners and customer service training. Overall, you get what you pay for. It’s fine if you’re looking just for any place to stay.

Check in was very slow. Unfortunately we got behind someone checking in several people and we had to wait awhile. Staff was courteous but helped someone who cut in front of us to ask for something after our already long wait. Even though it's a smoke free property, we smelled cigarettes the entire time in the check in area and outside near the side entry. The beds were comfy, the shower was spacious though the bathroom was not. The sink was not clean, beard hair...and food crumbs were found around the coffee machine. The hair dryer was disgustingly dirty. We did not try the breakfast as we had to leave early. We saw a couple who spent the night in their car in the parking lot. The whole place had a funky smell.

Was stuck in bangor, was supposed to drive 7 hours home but it was late, called because they had a pool and breakfast. Fast and easy and had my keys in under 5 minutes rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

This hotel is NOT AT ALL worth the price they have charged, close to $300 for two nights should give close to 5 star services. However this hotel was not even close to single star. Toilet and wash basin clogging, air conditioner switching off at middle of hot night such things are TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE when a customer is paying close to $300 for two nights. The hotel was worse than a motel. Also I couldn't understand a reason to have wash basin outside of the toilet, in open. It was so unprofessional construction just to squeeze more rooms per floor by shrinking bathroom spaces. I will never book Quality Inn again in life. I will be calling Expedia customer services to seek refund for this hotel booking.

This place has gone down hill!

Was told the day I arrived I was told they where doing maintenance on the pool and would be up by that night or the next day. I had an issue with the microware not working it took them around an hour to find out it wasn't plugged in. The bed is so high I had to climb up into it. When I got out of the shower and walked out in the room with no shoes only to feel the stickiness on my feet. When I sat down to wipe my feet off there was dirt on the towel. I was only there for two nights I did see when I first went to my room there was chips crumbs on the rug out side my door that was still there the next day. There is trash out side the back door on the lawn the whole time I was there and might still be there. The trash can also was also over flowing and I did see workers use that door and never once even empty it until I was leaving after two nights of staying there. When I was checking out I was never asked how my stay was or even thanked for staying there. I have stayed there in the past and never have seen all of this before. I don't know what has happened to make this place not a nice place to stay?

My review

We arrived and the room was terrible the tub did not drain the fridge was not working and defrosted into the pan breeding flies and the hot water on the sink did not come on at all. They did move us to another room that was better but that tub drained slow too and the smoke alarm erouneously went off at 11 pm waking us all up and scaring our grandaughter. I didn't realize untill the next day that they put us in a room with 2 full beds instead of 2 queen beds in our reservation. We did not want to move again so I didn't say anything that is on me.The pool area was not too well taken care of. On a positive note the Breakfast area was well taken care of by that attendant and well stocked.

We found a hair elastic in the bed and did not know before booking that the bathroom vanity is actually not located in the bathroom? It's in the main area of the room, so there is a lack of privacy when getting ready, brushing teeth, doing make-up etc. especially when someone else is trying to sleep.

The staff were amazing. They were available to assist whenever they could. Housekeeping is not good. Our floors were dirty and bedding had some damage to it. The beds are really high off the ground. If you are short you will struggle to get into bed. Breakfast was the all star in this hotel. Amazing coffee, bagels, eggs, toast, waffles, sausage, all the drinks, and lots of seating. I probably would not stay here again and would pay more for a cleaner and more up to date facility.
