Located in the heart of Bantry town, a minutes stroll from the harbour, 4 Tom’s Lane is a highly rated two storey, 2 bedroom apartment with a secure shared off street courtyard. The apartment is accessed by stairs and is situated on the first floor of the building.
Both bedrooms have King Size (5ft) beds, all linens are 100% cotton, towels are provided, hair dryer,anlong with an ironing board and iron, while both rooms have hanging space.
The bedrooms are located upstairs in the apartment along with the a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The ground floor of the apartment has an entrance, open plan sitting room/ kitchen and separate WC.
The Kitchen is very well equipped with kitchen ware, a fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, cooker and electric hob. A generous welcome pack is provided for all guests.
There is an outdoor courtyard, shared with 3 other apartments, it is secure and accessible to residents and guests only.
