This hotel was close enough that we could walk to everything in town we wanted to, but yet it was quiet and had easy parking. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay to visit Bar Harbor. The breakfast was great. Fantastic location, just quiet enough and close enough to the shops and restaurants. Good size room. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is spotless, immaculate. The breakfast is called a continental breakfast but is a full breakfast with variety for all eaters. The staff is kind, available and respond to any needs immediately. Location, location, location. Close to anything you might want to do, or get to in Bar Harbor. Free parking. Check amenities: anything you really need is there. Would go back.

Wonderful property-so beautiful! Decorated with great attention to authentic detail. The continental breakfast was superb! All the staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. Wonderful location within walking distance of all shops, restaurants and the harbor. It is the perfect place to stay and enjoy all that Bar Harbor has to offer.

The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The breakfast was wonderful. The proximity to the park was perfect. The ability to walk right out the front door and be right on the main street in Bar Harbor was amazing

Our stay at the Bar Harbor grand hotel was excellent. We really enjoyed our time there. This hotel is an excellent place to stay. The staff is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about the area and very courteous to the customer. They have a wonderful buffet style breakfast each morning! Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is available all day. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Bar Harbor area.

This is a beautiful property with nice amenities like a pool and hot tub, and free breakfast. Its an old style, but fairly new hotel. Looks like its from the early 1900's.
