Can’t think of anything positive to say. The room was dark, dingy, stuffy, small, felt dirty. Noisy hearing footsteps from upstairs. No views - view our bedroom window was the garbage and out the front window was the parking lot. Everything is outdated. Bathroom very small.

Christopher was the best host ever His customer service was extraordinary. Found one of our party's wallet and found a way to get in touch with us. We felt so well cared for. The atmosphere was very upbeat. AND we were very close to the park and downtown!

Wow. The photographs do not do this property justice. This was an incredible location. Thank you to Christopher and Candace for the great hospitality. Christopher even lent one of us a jacket without us asking. I loved the snacks/coffee/tea available throughout our stay. The property was so cute with blooming flowers, very clean and it just felt so comfortable. Thank you once more for an incredible stay in the Bar Harbor area.

Constance was amazing in providing us with excellent tips and her own maps for the best trails in Acadia, especially given the weather conditions. The hotel is quiet and a few minutes walk from all restaurants.

Exceeded expectation in every category. The inn is convenient and charming, with a very Down East feel. Rooms are cozy, with every appointment we could have asked. We especially enjoyed the private balcony. But the staff absolutely stole the show!!! So knowable and incredibly helpful. Fantastic and hiking recommendations were all 100%. Constance even whipped out the bug repellant when we decided on Ship Harbor Trail. Did I mention the coffee??

The room was very roomy and had a very comfortable bed. The best feature was the front desk staff- Sydney and Christopher- were so friendly and helpful. Foodie Christopher gave the most informed restaurant information! And he kept us laughing every time we popped in to the lobby.
