We drove in from Boston for my son’s 16th birthday and enjoyed this little gem so much. The trail is perfect and the location is great! The staff was incredible and the little details they do such as, s’mores night, and make your own trail mix, sun catcher making. I will definitely come back and would encourage anyone who is considering to book!!

I traveled to Bar Harbor with my two adult kids (ages 20 and 22). The family room with two bedrooms was perfect for our needs, and we enjoyed the daily breakfast and nightly s’mores. The property itself is well situated between the Acadia NP entrance and Bar Harbor, and I loved that it has a connector trail to the national park at the back of the property. It was a beautiful place for a walk! I’d absolutely stay here again.

I love the retro vibe. The breakfast was excellent. The place was extremely clean. There was always staff available if you needed help or had a question.. Enjoyed the atmosphere and could relax and have fun. Will definitely go back.

Very cute place! Staff was great rooms were great! Breakfast was awesome! Very healthy and filling. Lots of choices, fresh fruit, gluten free muffins, eggs, bacon, chicken sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, granola bars. Everything was very clean. Nice outdoor pool area, games, smores at night. 5 mins from Acadia and Bar Harbor. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the Bar Harbor Motel! The retro look was adorable, although the appliances and such were new and sparkling. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was perfect, and the texts from staff were helpful and sweet. Even better, you can just walk to the end of the cottages and directly into Acadia National Park. We also liked that the motel was not in the middle of town but close enough to walk to (for those who like walking).
