The location was beautiful. The facility could use a remodel. The carpet carried an odor which gave the room very unpleasant.

Small motel, best price in the area. Very unique. Kind of the feel of staying in your grandmother’s spare bedroom. Owner is very friendly and extremely easy to work with

Overall the hotel is overpriced for what it is, but very close to Acadia. Rooms are OK size, bathroom is very small. Rooms also don't have a fridge, and there is no ice machine on site.

The hotel was not at all worth the money. It’s old, moldy smelling. Not even a place to put a hand towel by the sink. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The area to visit (two islands that we visited were amazing). We stayed at a different place to enjoy our stay.
