We booked the apartment, paying 178€ per day in advance, because we were interested in the swimming pool and the outdoor area with the barbecue, otherwise we would have taken something cheaper. The swimming pool was filthy and absolutely unusable and no one, before our arrival, thought to check that it was clean. The outside BBQ area, shown in the photos in perfect condition, was all dirty, messy and full of cats. The apartment was also not very clean with cobwebs on the ceilings and bathroom cabinets full of other people's personal items. The outdoor patio, also shown in the photos of the advertisement in perfect condition, was almost a warehouse with bicycles and objects left in a mess. There was no wifi, as written in the advertisement and this in 2023 is no longer acceptable in any rental facility. For all these inconveniences we have requested a partial refund, because the structure was absolutely not at the level of what was paid and completely different from what is shown in the photo, but after a week from our request email, Your.Rental has not yet replied to us.
