The ground floor features a generous living and dining room equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and also opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, and benefits from its own shower and WC as well as air conditioning, with a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and also enjoys direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and 1 folding bed measuring 80 cm by 190 cm, and likewise opens onto the terrace. The property further includes a separate WC and a full bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin. Outdoor living is enhanced by a large terrace of 40 m2 and an additional roofed terrace of 25 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs.
